Haha, the long ancipated (lols) exercise 3 is up! :)
This is some stretching exercise that has a marvellous history of making people taller as they do it more often. You don't need to sweat it out on the bball court or whatever, with this new exercise to make your growing life easy.
Firstly, when you're wearing the RV uniform (for guys), tuck it in because there's a history of exposed underwear showing while you stretch.

Then, it's all simple from there. Stretch as as high as you can go. (Do make sure your pant zippers are not too tight. In the case of this poor guy, though not shown in the pic, his pants button snapped right off :x )

There you have it. No sweating at all! (Unless you've got probs with ur glands)
Ohya, don't over-exercise people. We don't want you to get cardiac arrest.

Hope that with this exercise you guys are now strong, smart and tall XD

Today we witnessed an interesting scene at school, as many people know.
It was the
theft of a file. It was difficult to catch him because he had an
accomplice, as you will see from the pictures later.
Here's the strong boy, having exercised his arm, he has decided to see how powerful his legs can be by jumping down
an extremely high hill. He overcame all obstacles of the bumpy grass and slimy mud. Wow, what a distance he climbed down.

The look on his face just proves that he is so proud of himself for not giving up (:

He knew people were smart and therefore handed the item to an accomplice. He's not dumb, ya know.

However, he was caught in the end (which is kinda cliche)
This shows that strong people could be
SMART. Don't mess with them.

This exercise can help improve the muscles of a hand :) Just some random information to liven up this dead blog. The best part is, there are only
two steps! Can exercise get any simpler?
Step 1: Tell that person to move away. Place broom on door and get ready.

Step 2: Open door / wait for someone to slam it open and push broom down.

After that, lift the broom up again as shown in
Step 1. Repeat two steps until arm feels tougher.
However, do remember to get a few
backup brooms in case the door accidentally slams on it or whatever. Oh, heck, get a backup door too. Who knows what could happen huh.
